Experienced QA/Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Evaluate feature passports, technical documentation, and issue requirements to deliver timely and insightful feedback.

• Develop and execute detailed, thorough, and well-organized test plans and test cases.

• Design, implement, and conduct automated tests utilizing tools within the PHP ecosystem.

• Identify, document, record, and track bugs while monitoring quality assurance metrics.

• Assist the development team in implementing automated testing protocols.

• Produce documentation pertaining to testing processes to promote knowledge sharing and transparency.

• Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance and software development, particularly with web applications and APIs.

• Proficient in manual testing and quality assurance practices.

• Skilled in drafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Practical experience with automated testing tools.

• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.

• Commitment to long-term engagement and a desire to grow with the organization.

• Capable of communicating effectively within the team and reaching out to colleagues as needed.
