This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Travel to client sites or operate at a designated location to fix minor dents and blemishes on a variety of vehicles using Dent Wizard’s exclusive PDR technique.
• Discuss completed repairs with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vehicle lots as part of the service.
• Generate work orders to document repairs.
• Negotiate necessary approvals for work completed.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance service experiences.
• Advocate for Dent Wizard’s automotive reconditioning services.
• Previous experience is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
• Resilience and determination to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
• Physical endurance to kneel, bend, squat, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history is required.
• Must complete relevant post-offer, pre-employment screenings, which may include a physical exam, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening.
