Experienced Generator Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the maintenance of generators, troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as installing and replacing components or entire systems.

• Performing performance evaluations and routine maintenance on generators.

• Installing fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls, followed by testing to ensure proper functionality.

• Responsible for promptly responding to Power/Generator alarms.

• Carrying out tasks with an awareness of all potential hazards associated with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred two or more years of experience in generator maintenance, with at least one year of intensive work experience related to generator and electrical maintenance software, hardware, and processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of generator installations, maintenance, and repairs; familiarity with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components; moderate computer proficiency.

• Basic understanding of relevant FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.
