Experienced Business Analyst – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to ensure alignment of solutions with client business priorities.

• Act as a subject matter expert and intermediary for clients, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical team members.

• Convert requirements into actionable results.

• Assign tasks across various teams.

• Mentor and oversee project team members’ progress.

• Plan, design, and enhance complex business processes and modifications.

• Optimize workflows between clients and technical staff.

• Identify, document, and supervise the implementation of system requirements.

• Ensure quality control by approving and validating testing outcomes.

• Confirm that all requirements have been satisfactorily fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience in the Healthcare Industry as a Business Analyst.

• At least three years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare.

• Pharmacy experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in advanced features of Microsoft Excel, such as macros, and/or relational database software.

• Ability to effectively and clearly communicate technical requirements to a non-technical audience.

• Experience in business processes and re-engineering.

• A curious mindset geared towards solving complex challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing clients and team members.
