This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and execute key project workstreams, which include data collection, research, analysis, and summarization of findings.
• Convert data into actionable insights and play a role in strategic recommendations.
• Create client-ready deliverables (such as presentations, reports, models, and memos) with increased independence.
• Assist the project team by managing work plans, preparing meeting materials, tracking timelines and budgets, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate across functions with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Communicate analyses and insights both in written form and verbally for diverse audiences.
• Exhibit initiative and independent problem-solving skills, even in uncertain circumstances.
• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with clients and partners, gaining insight into their issues, needs, and context.
• Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and developments in education policy and practice.
• Regularly utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex).
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience is REQUIRED (with a strong preference for experience in consulting and/or education).
• Proven experience in analytical, problem-solving, or client-facing roles.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to share and synthesize knowledge effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective contributor in team settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet regular deadlines.
• Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or market research.
• Familiarity with data visualization and effective presentation practices.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and the ability to think strategically.
