Experienced Automotive Technician – Hyundai

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and factory standards.

• Engage in regular communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to oversee production and customer interactions.

• Identify malfunctions and carry out authorized repairs.

• Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and provide recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicles.

• Record all work completed on each vehicle within the repair order documentation.

• Manage an inventory of standard Technician tools that are not classified as special tools.

• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins.

• Participate in relevant factory-sponsored training sessions as needed.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty.

• Meet or exceed targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive technician.

• Automotive technical training tailored to the specific needs of the store.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Valid driver’s license within the state.

• Maintain a satisfactory and safe driving record.
