This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a reliable resource for AEM authors, offering guidance on content authoring best practices, workflows, and efficient methodologies.
• Evaluate authoring processes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Develop and advocate best practices for content management and publishing within AEM.
• Collaborate with content and marketing stakeholders to convert needs into actionable tasks.
• Recognize recurring authoring challenges and collaborate with engineering to find suitable solutions.
• Ensure that content is organized, maintained, and published in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
• Lead the production and delivery of content-related projects and initiatives across the web team.
• Align project priorities and coordination with Project Managers and other stakeholders in Project and Delivery.
• Oversee timelines, dependencies, priorities, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Work in conjunction with content authors, copywriters, designers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate the movement of work from intake through planning, execution, review, and release.
• Identify obstacles, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain project status visibility, including upcoming tasks, priorities, and delivery risks.
• Detect gaps and inefficiencies between content authoring and engineering processes.
• Convert authoring and content requirements into clear engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and decide when technical support or escalation is necessary.
• Enhance communication and teamwork between content, marketing, and engineering departments.
• Uphold content quality, accessibility, and overall site hygiene.
• Monitor and address issues identified through Silktide and other auditing tools for websites.
• Analyze Silktide findings, prioritizing and assigning remediation tasks.
• Track content and website quality issues until resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and establish preventive measures.
• Manage incoming work and ensure Jira cleanliness.
• Handle requests from Silktide, Slack, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Conduct intake reviews to evaluate, prioritize, and assign requests.
• Ensure tickets include adequate information, ownership, priority, and status.
• Assign tasks based on expertise and available capacity.
• Escalate tickets that require technical insight, clarification, or decision-making.
• Keep Jira updated with current priorities, active work, blockers, and upcoming tasks.
• Assist leadership in understanding team capacity and workload.
• Evaluate available capacity, competing priorities, and upcoming obligations.
• Provide visibility into workload and identify needs for resources or reprioritization.
• Support planning discussions with details on active work, incoming requests, and team availability.
• Help stakeholders comprehend current and future team capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 3+ years of experience in digital content, web production, content operations, project management, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of AEM content authoring and best practices.
• Experience working closely with AEM authors, content teams, marketing teams, or web teams.
• Experience in managing web content production and publishing workflows.
• Experience coordinating projects among content, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of collaboration between content and engineering teams in an enterprise web setting.
• Proficient in Jira, including ticket management, prioritization, assignment, intake, and reporting.
• Experience managing work from various intake channels and coordinating across teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and competing requests.
• Experience in identifying inefficiencies and enhancing processes and workflows.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to differentiate content/process issues from those needing engineering support or escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for direct interaction with clients and international teams.
• Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT working hours.
