Experienced Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients independently.

• Review accounting files leading up to the preparation of annual financial statements.

• Prepare balance sheets and income statements.

• Create corporate tax packages.

• Complete various tax filings including VAT and corporate income tax.

• Provide day-to-day accounting support to clients.

• Address operational issues faced by clients.

• Clearly explain financial figures to non-specialists.

• Advise clients on the management and direction of their business activities.

• Collaborate with support and technology teams.

• Ensure compliance and quality in accounting files.

• Occasionally contribute to the professional development of the team.

• Utilize automated tools and Pennylane for collecting supporting documents, synchronizing bank data, identifying transactions, and automating bookkeeping entries.

⛳️ Requirements

• DSCG or DCG qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Minimum of three fully independent tax years, equivalent to approximately 4–5 years of experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large and diverse client portfolio.

• Interest in digital tools and a passion for transforming the accounting profession.

• Knowledge of Pennylane is preferred; training and support are available.
