This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing active client and partner initiatives from onboarding to completion.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and execution among clients, product, and technology teams.
• Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Conduct research, create memos, and synthesize insights for business and product strategies.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in drafting client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
• Assist in structuring internal workflows and enhancing processes to improve scalability.
• Support the functional development of the Hadron platform in accordance with client and market requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong understanding of financial assets, capital markets, and the operations of institutional finance.
• Robust academic background in economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
