
Expansion Manager – Tokenization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Assist the Head of Tokenization Expansion in overseeing active client and partner initiatives from onboarding through to delivery.
• Serve as an Account Manager for designated clients, ensuring ongoing communication, alignment of expectations, and prompt follow-up on all inquiries.
• Facilitate communication and execution among clients, product, and technology teams.
• Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners.
• Conduct research, prepare memos, and synthesize insights to inform business and product decisions.
• Monitor project milestones, maintain precise reporting, and guarantee timely delivery.
• Aid in the preparation of client proposals, commercial documents, and presentations.
• Assist in structuring internal workflows and process enhancements to improve scalability.
• Support the functional development of the Hadron platform in response to client and market requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development.
• Strong understanding of financial assets, capital markets, and the functioning of institutional finance.
• Excellent academic credentials (economics, finance, engineering, or related disciplines).
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
