Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the growth strategy for the German market.

• Identify the most efficient channels, campaigns, and partnerships to stimulate growth.

• Position Moovv effectively to appeal to German consumers.

• Tailor the German webshop experience (Shopify) to enhance conversion rates.

• Ensure that messaging, content, and brand tone align with the preferences of the German market.

• Continuously refine the customer journey and performance of the sales funnel.

• Scale performance marketing channels, including Meta, Google, and various marketplaces.

• Collaborate closely with the central performance team on campaigns and creative initiatives.

• Optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Take ownership of the German market P&L and performance objectives.

• Ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.

• Identify and manage local freelancers, agencies, and partners.

• Cultivate relationships within the German marketing and creator ecosystem.

• Track and report on essential KPIs including traffic, revenue, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

• Utilize data to consistently enhance marketing performance and customer acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior growth marketer or market expansion leader with a proven track record in scaling D2C e-commerce brands.

• Strong grasp of German consumer behavior and market dynamics.

• Extensive expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimization.

• Experience managing revenue targets, CAC, and market-level performance.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort level in taking significant ownership.

• Strong project management abilities and skills in stakeholder collaboration.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Well-connected within the German marketing, agency, or creator ecosystem.
