πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee calendars, arrange interviews, and facilitate meetings with both internal and external parties.

β€’ Manage time zone differences to ensure seamless communication across teams.

β€’ Create meeting agendas, document structured notes, and follow up on subsequent actions.

β€’ Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate files, and tracking progress in the **ATS (such as Ashby or similar tools)**.

β€’ Ensure recruiting pipelines and applicant information are precise and current.

β€’ Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to provide an efficient and positive experience.

β€’ Aid in job postings, organize resumes, and track candidate sources.

β€’ Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reports across various teams.

β€’ Contribute to the refinement of systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

β€’ Quickly learn and adapt to new tools utilized throughout the company.

β€’ Anticipate operational requirements and proactively tackle potential challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ **3+ years of experience** in administrative, recruiting, or operations support roles.

β€’ Strong **attention to detail** coupled with excellent organizational abilities.

β€’ Proactive and resourceful, possessing a **problem-solving mindset**.

β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Proficient with tools such as **Google Workspace, Slack, Notion**, and an **ATS (including Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)**.

β€’ Capable of working independently while ensuring consistent follow-through on tasks and priorities.
