This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the management of incoming leads generated through marketing channels
• Document all inquiries within the CRM system (GoHighLevel)
• Ensure leads are accurately categorized and regularly updated
• Gather initial information from potential clients
• Arrange consultations between the attorney and prospective clients
• Maintain precise records in the CRM and track lead history
• Follow up with potential clients through email, text messages, and phone calls
• Uphold organized follow-up schedules for leads
• Confirm appointments and ensure clients receive the necessary information
• Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendar logistics
• Organize client-related communications and reminders efficiently
• Review incoming emails to identify messages that need attention
• Assist with mass email campaigns and automate email communications
• Support the administrative organization of the practice
• Highly proactive and self-motivated

• Comfortable handling leads and business inquiries
