This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Oversee calendars, schedule appointments, and handle rescheduling tasks.
• Organize meetings, Zoom calls, workshops, and speaking engagements.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
• Manage inboxes, communications, and operational priorities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation.
• Assist in daily business operations and workflow management.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling and appointments.
• Support onboarding and client communication processes.
• Ensure a top-tier client experience through timely and professional communication.
• Uphold confidentiality and exhibit a high level of attention to detail in all interactions.
• Build and manage workflows within Go High Level (GHL).
• Create landing pages, automations, funnels, forms, and campaigns.
• Manage CRM systems and client databases efficiently.
• Utilize ClickUp (or similar tools) for task and project management.
• Support ongoing system optimization and process enhancement.
• Coordinate retreats, workshops, masterminds, online events, and luxury experiences.
• Handle event logistics, schedules, timelines, and communications.
• Assist in both online and in-person event execution.
• Support attendee coordination, planning, and preparation.
• Opportunity to attend and assist with international retreats and events.
• A minimum of 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a coach, entrepreneur, speaker, or high-performance business.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating events, retreats, workshops, or masterminds.
• Highly proficient in Go High Level (GHL).
• Capability to independently create workflows, automations, funnels, and landing pages.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Slack, and digital business systems.
• Quick learner with strong technical adaptability.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
