This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and develop tailored talent pools that meet client requirements.
• Utilize market intelligence tools such as PitchBook, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and industry-specific platforms to collect actionable, strategic data.
• Create and execute customized search strategies that align with client objectives and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve search methodologies, driving operational excellence and achieving superior outcomes.
• Compose compelling, data-driven outreach messages that resonate with top-tier talent while aligning with client objectives.
• Perform thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience, ensuring alignment with the established scorecard criteria.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from shortlisting to client presentations, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead weekly client meetings to present detailed progress updates, integrate feedback, and refine search strategies to maintain alignment with client goals.
• Establish trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders by acting as a strategic advisor throughout the search process.
• Offer candidates clear guidance and support at every stage of the process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of candidate engagement.
• Oversee the complete search process, including market mapping, candidate engagement, client communication, and offer negotiation.
• Support candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, managing expectations and facilitating successful outcomes.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Strengthen trusted relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
• 3-7+ years of experience in executive/professional search or a client-facing consulting role, showcasing success in managing complex projects.
• A strategic and analytical thinker capable of synthesizing complex insights into actionable recommendations, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, accountability, self-awareness, focused curiosity, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
• Proven capability to build and sustain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in relationship building, creative writing, and data-driven storytelling.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proven history of delivering measurable results on time.
• Technologically adept, with expertise in CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, and market research tools.
• Skilled in creative writing and crafting engaging, data-driven narratives.
