This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Identify, pursue, and establish connections with senior decision-makers at insurance carriers and MGAs.

• Initiate new client relationships through consultative outreach efforts.

• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

• Represent Martin & Company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

• Lead consultative discovery sessions to gain insights into client business challenges.

• Design and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Conduct engaging solution walkthroughs and scoping engagements.

• Create and deliver customized proposals, solution presentations, and engagement materials.

• Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, product, and marketing teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for key accounts.

• Foster client adoption and growth by identifying new use cases within existing relationships.

• Partner with the CRO to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

• 7+ years of experience in or related to the insurance industry.

• Strongly preferred background in product development, actuarial science, compliance, or operations on the carrier side.

• In-depth understanding of the insurance product lifecycle, regulatory environment, state filings, or related fields.

• Proven consultative approach with the ability to ask insightful discovery questions.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level relationships.

• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar) is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
