This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute the Executive Search strategy for C-level positions, management roles, and specialized expert functions.

• Establish internal benchmarks, frameworks, and methodologies specifically designed for leadership recruitment.

• Implement industry-leading practices throughout the search/mapping, candidate pipeline, evaluation, and offer phases.

• Develop and sustain a proactive pipeline of high-potential leadership candidates.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to the Founder, C-level executives, and key stakeholders.

• Create and execute comprehensive assessment tools.

• Design and implement a complete Executive Search process.

• Construct a thorough analytics framework and provide regular reports at the executive level.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Executive Search, including C-level positions.

• Demonstrated expertise in international Executive Search.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in team leadership, recruiting, onboarding processes, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings.

• Strong proficiency in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis.

• Experience in developing and implementing Executive Search processes and technologies within an organization.

• Capability to work with metrics, analytics, and reporting.

• Proficiency in English - B2+ and Russian - C1+.
