Executive Search Resourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and source senior-level candidates within specialized Technology and Finance sectors.

• Perform comprehensive market mapping of organizations, teams, leadership hierarchies, and potential candidates.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, internal databases, and targeted research to source candidates.

• Engage with passive candidates at the Director, VP, C-suite, and executive levels.

• Conduct thorough qualification and screening calls with candidates.

• Evaluate candidates' experience, leadership skills, career motivations, compensation expectations, and future goals.

• Deliver well-qualified and accurately documented candidate profiles to Executive Search Consultants or Partners.

• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with senior professionals.

• Ensure ongoing communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the search process.

• Collect market intelligence related to organizational structures, high-level appointments, leadership shifts, and competitor activities.

• Recognize commercial intelligence and business development prospects.

• Maintain candidate records, notes, search activities, and follow-up actions in ATS and CRM systems.

• Assist with candidate reports, market maps, longlists, shortlists, and search documentation.

• Facilitate interview coordination and candidate management.

• Provide market feedback regarding candidate availability, compensation trends, and overall market sentiment.

• Contribute to the firm's candidate network within Technology and Finance sectors.

• Collaborate with Executive Search Consultants and Partners throughout the search lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in executive search, permanent recruitment, recruitment research, or senior-level talent sourcing.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and engaging with Director, VP, C-suite, or other senior-level professionals.

• Experience in executive search or highly focused headhunting is highly preferred.

• Background in international recruitment, preferably across the UK, Europe, and/or the United States.

• Strong skills in market mapping and candidate research.

• Proven capability to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Exceptional candidate qualification and consultative interviewing abilities.

• Confidence in discussing senior-level career transitions, motivations, compensation, and leadership experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong relationship-building skills and credibility with senior professionals.

• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of market and business intelligence.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.

• Strong attention to detail and precise candidate documentation.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple executive search assignments simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with the wider search team.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional home-working environment are required.
