This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach efforts.
• Establish partnerships with Flagstar bankers within the Commercial and Private Banking Groups.
• Utilize industry knowledge, product expertise, and communication abilities to build robust relationships.
• Meet or exceed annual business volume targets and portfolio growth objectives set by management.
• Assess all elements of potential transactions, including clients' financial standing and transaction frameworks.
• Collaborate with credit and documentation teams to fulfill service expectations and mitigate risk.
• Continuously evaluate the creditworthiness of existing clients.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to client transactions and service quality.
• High School diploma / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Over 4 years of sales experience in a similar equipment financing setting, with a proven production record.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment financing products, pricing, and structural aspects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of financial/credit policies and financial statements.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SuperTRUMP, T Value, and other CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
