This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Identify, develop, and finalize new business opportunities while enhancing client partnerships through cross-selling and upselling efforts.
• Analyze and comprehend client business objectives, operational challenges, compliance mandates, and strategic priorities.
• Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Create and implement targeted outreach and business development strategies to cultivate and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified sales prospects.
• Arrange and lead consultative meetings with clients to assess their business needs.
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Independently oversee and progress sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Address issues encountered during the sales process by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and client engagement using CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Over 5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven history of meeting revenue targets and managing opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations and engaging with business leaders, key stakeholders, and C-level decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to effectively customize messaging, presentations, and proposed solutions to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple client relationships, sales opportunities, and competing priorities.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate complex client needs and sales challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive client information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, sales productivity tools, and pipeline management practices.
