• At least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
• Strong skills in client relationship management
• Self-motivated mindset with business development capabilities
• In-depth understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
• Exceptional communication skills (fluency in English is essential)
• Existing client base or business pipeline
• Specialization in high-demand sectors
• Familiarity with recruitment technology and CRM systems
• Previous experience in running a business or managing P&L
• Established network within your business community
