This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Executive Search Leaders to assist with both interim and retained healthcare recruitment.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates for leadership positions in healthcare systems, hospitals, and related organizations.
• Deliver qualified candidates within 48 hours following the launch of the search.
• Create and present candidate slates that align with client requirements and leadership competencies.
• Proactively source candidates utilizing Jobscience, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-driven tools (such as telemetry platforms).
• Build and sustain continuous, specialty-aligned candidate pipelines (for instance, Med-Surg, hospital leadership).
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies, competitor mapping, and referral generation to identify passive talent.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews, assessing both technical qualifications and leadership abilities.
• Evaluate candidate fit beyond the resume by recognizing intangible strengths and alignment with client needs.
• Maintain active engagement with candidates during the entire search process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and recruiting teams to enhance search delivery.
• Utilize data, tools, and technology to increase sourcing efficiency and enhance candidate quality.
• Provide feedback and insights to search leadership regarding talent trends, pipelines, and market dynamics.
• 3-4 years of experience in recruiting for acute care hospitals, health systems, or clinical leadership roles.
• Experience in interim or retained executive search.
• Familiarity with Jobscience or similar ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in AI sourcing tools and recruiting technologies.
• An Associate’s Degree combined with 3-4 years of experience in executive-level recruiting for hospitals or health systems.
• A High School Diploma/GED with over 7 years of experience in executive-level recruiting for hospitals or health systems.
