• Oversee comprehensive recruiting processes across various departments, including operations, finance, marketing, technology, HR, legal, compliance, and leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, create sourcing strategies, and expedite the recruitment process.
• Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Organize candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, conduct debriefs, manage offer processes, and update ATS in Rippling or a similar platform.
• Ensure effective communication, provide regular updates, and deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancing speed, quality, processes, and hiring results.
• Seek opportunities to enhance systems, processes, or outcomes, rather than merely adhering to established guidelines.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate or in-house setting.
• Proven capability in managing high-volume recruitment across various departments and levels.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Rippling ATS or similar platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or Ashby.
• A strong sense of ownership, reliable follow-through, sound judgment, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in legal recruitment is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to think critically, prioritize tasks effectively, and execute rapidly.
