Executive Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with U.S. client recruiting teams to identify and pre-screen candidates for current job openings in Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal sectors.

• Attract candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing techniques.

• Perform initial candidate evaluations to determine their experience, interest, and overall suitability.

• Facilitate the interview process by coordinating between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless scheduling.

• Keep accurate and current candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases.

• Actively seek out innovative sourcing methods to connect with diverse and high-caliber talent pools.

• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines to assist with ongoing recruitment efforts.

• Conduct candidate interviews and provide well-structured, clear feedback.

• Create, modify, and publish job descriptions tailored to the needs of the U.S. market.

• Assist recruiting operations with timely documentation and follow-up actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, including direct involvement in sourcing U.S.-based candidates (either in agency or corporate settings).

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and various sourcing tools.

• Willingness to work late-night or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off).

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
