This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide a disciplined, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication, strong closure, and follow-through at an executive level.
• Manage end-to-end executive searches across GE Vernova segments, which include technology, engineering, digital, and project/program management functional areas.
• Develop and implement data-driven search strategies, utilizing market intelligence and benchmark data to guide hiring decisions and set expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on talent markets, role calibration, assessment rigor, and potential trade-offs.
• Ground hiring decisions in evidence through structured assessments, calibrated criteria, references, and comparative market insights.
• Cultivate future-ready executive talent networks by actively engaging with industrial and manufacturing talent communities through networking, referrals, research, and market monitoring.
• Serve as an ambassador for GE Vernova’s mission, articulating a clear and compelling narrative that encourages experienced leaders to consider significant career opportunities.
• Leverage market data and talent insights to guide workforce planning, succession discussions, and broader hiring strategies.
• Establish clear search governance, decision-making cadence, and milestones to maintain momentum and prevent drift in the search process.
• Mentor and elevate the executive recruiting community through shared standards, insights, and best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and confidentiality by holding oneself and others to high professional standards.
• Exemplify integrity, curiosity, inclusivity, and collaboration while balancing speed, rigor, and trust.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience within complex global organizations.
• A minimum of 4 years leading executive searches at the VP or officer level, either in-house at a Fortune 500 company or at a global retained executive search firm.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting executive leaders in metrics-driven environments such as manufacturing, industrial operations, hardware and software engineering, infrastructure projects, or other heavy industries.
• Expertise in executive compensation, long-term incentives, and negotiation.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence leaders at all levels.
• Advanced skills in talent analytics, market mapping, and AI to enhance research, assessment, and decision-making quality.
