• Provide a disciplined and personalized candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring clear communication, effective closure, and executive-level follow-through.
• Manage comprehensive executive searches across GE Vernova segments, encompassing areas such as technology, engineering, digital, and project/program management.
• Develop and implement data-driven search strategies, leveraging market intelligence and benchmarking data to inform hiring decisions and expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on talent markets, role calibration, assessment rigor, and necessary trade-offs.
• Base hiring decisions on evidence through structured assessments, calibrated criteria, references, and comparative market insights.
• Create future-ready executive talent networks by engaging with industrial and manufacturing talent communities through networking, referrals, research, and market surveillance.
• Represent GE Vernova’s mission effectively, articulating a compelling and credible narrative that encourages experienced leaders to consider significant career opportunities.
• Utilize market data and talent insights to guide workforce planning, succession discussions, and overall hiring strategies.
• Establish clear governance for searches, maintain decision-making cadence, and set milestones to ensure progress and avoid drift in the search process.
• Mentor and elevate the executive recruiting community by sharing standards, insights, and best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and confidentiality, holding yourself and others to high professional standards.
• Exemplify integrity, curiosity, inclusivity, and collaboration while balancing speed, thoroughness, and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in complex, global organizations.
• At least 4 years of experience leading executive searches at the VP or officer level, either within a Fortune 500 company or a global retained executive search firm.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting executive leaders in metrics-driven environments such as manufacturing, industrial operations, hardware & software engineering, infrastructure projects, or other heavy industries.
• Expertise in executive compensation, long-term incentives (LTI), and negotiation skills.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to communicate effectively and influence leaders at all levels.
• Advanced skills in talent analytics, market mapping, and AI to enhance research, assessment, and decision quality.
