• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business objectives, role specifications, and recruitment priorities
• Provide insights to clients regarding market trends, role definitions, and candidate expectations
• Develop success profiles and recruitment strategies for senior and specialized positions
• Identify, evaluate, and interview top-tier candidates for executive, leadership, and specialist roles
• Perform comprehensive assessments focusing on experience, leadership qualities, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and offers
• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Over 8 years of experience in executive recruitment, senior-level hiring, or specialized recruitment
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Exceptional skills in interviewing, assessment, and communication
• Capability to work autonomously while handling multiple searches concurrently
• Professional and consultative demeanor in interactions with clients and candidates
