This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Employ innovative and sophisticated search methods (including market mapping, extensive networking, cold outreach, and executive platforms) to discover and engage passive executive talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to align candidate profiles.
• Transform prospects into candidates through effective engagement and evaluation.
• Facilitate update meetings with clients regarding ongoing searches.
• Offer strategic consultation and insights in a collaborative partnership with executive leadership.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to guide leadership on talent availability, compensation trends, and the recruitment landscape.
• Over 8 years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate environments and/or search firms, focusing on executive-level candidate acquisition within a complex and competitive market.
• At least 5 years of experience in advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Proven capability in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced settings, handling multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Preferred experience in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive recruiting teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Breezy, Gem, and LinkedIn search.
• Industry-specific hiring experience in sectors such as crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
• High ownership.
