This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take charge of executing multiple simultaneous initiatives (approximately 10 at once)
• Harmonize roadmaps among various teams to expedite delivery schedules
• Recognize and eliminate execution bottlenecks and obstacles
• Facilitate collaboration between product teams, data/analytics, and operations (e.g., teams interacting with partners)
• Fill in expertise gaps where teams may lack knowledge (e.g., product versus operations)
• Ensure that initiatives are not merely planned but are fully executed from start to finish
• Experience in project/program management, delivery management, or related fields
• Extensive experience in cross-functional delivery on a large scale
• Proficient experience in data-driven settings (including experiments, A/B testing, and analytics)
• Significant experience in implementing modifications in existing systems (rather than solely launching new products)
• Proficient in collaborating with operations (partners, segmentation, varying commercial conditions)
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
