This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist our Executive Programs Leads across three key areas: Executive Customer Engagement Programs, Sales Recognition & Travel Coordination, and General Responsibilities.
• Facilitate the execution of exclusive executive experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and attendee satisfaction.
• Monitor invitations and RSVPs using our systems (e.g., Jira, spreadsheets, or other internal tools).
• Oversee and manage registration lists, including working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (training will be provided).
• Aid in comprehensive travel coordination for trip winners and their guests.
• Assist with project timelines, task lists, and documentation using tools such as Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and/or Excel/Sheets.
• Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction, whether internal or external.
• Must be currently enrolled in a three-year bachelor's degree program and plan to return to studies after the internship, with graduation expected by June 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for a full-time internship from July to September 2026.
• Experience in any of the following areas is advantageous (but not mandatory): Event planning, involvement in student organizations, or roles in hospitality.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and managing tasks or projects.
• Background in customer service, travel coordination, or administrative support.
• Interest in sales, marketing, events, or customer experience.
