This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee specific programs aligned with our corporate goals, including managing key metric reporting and insights, as well as initiatives that require visibility at the CEO level and span multiple functions.
• Supervise the company’s roll-up, down, and reporting of essential objectives, fostering alignment and transparency throughout the organization.
• Lead our corporate communication schedule, which includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual highlights; this entails curating content, drafting materials, and ensuring consistency in our structured communication approach.
• Act as the program lead for our monthly extended leadership team Operations Review by setting the agenda, ensuring timely preparation of materials, and managing follow-up items from the review meeting.
• Assist in establishing and managing a regular schedule for the CEO to engage in customer and partner calls, while capturing and following up on action items from these discussions.
• Facilitate ongoing outreach by the CEO to employees through virtual coffee sessions, round tables, and skip-level 1:1s, encouraging key discussion topics, gathering employee sentiments, and tracking action items or opportunities that arise.
• Coordinate cross-functional preparations for our Board meetings, overseeing the agenda and necessary materials.
• Outstanding operational, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Proven experience in executing clear, diligent follow-up and communication at senior levels, both internally and externally.
• A history of effectively coordinating multiple cross-departmental initiatives that led to significant business outcomes across all organizational levels.
• Capability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty effectively.
