Executive Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee specific programs aligned with our corporate goals, managing key metric reporting and insights, along with other initiatives that require visibility at the Founder level.

• Oversee the gathering and reporting of essential objectives to promote alignment and transparency.

• Manage the Engineering organization's programs by defining objectives, uniting teams, ensuring execution, and reporting on outcomes.

• Assist in establishing, structuring the agenda for, and managing a regular schedule for the CTO's customer and partner calls, capturing and following up on action items from these discussions.

• Handle M&A operations by directing the organization, communication, and program flow related to Mergers & Acquisitions.

• Promote ongoing outreach from the CTO to the organization through round table sessions and skip-level 1:1s, encouraging key discussion topics, capturing employee sentiments, and following up on identified action items or opportunities.

• Lead the cross-functional preparations for our Senior leadership meetings, managing the agenda and supporting materials.

• Coordinate with program management across the organization on cross-functional objectives.

• Proven expertise in executing clear and thorough follow-up and communication at the highest levels, both internally and externally.

• A history of successfully coordinating various cross-departmental initiatives that led to significant business results across all organizational levels.

• Capability to manage scope, risk, and ambiguity effectively.

• Proven track record of streamlining operational processes to enhance consistency and efficiency.

• Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving problems.

• A self-starter who excels in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a rapidly expanding SaaS company.
