Executive Producer – Event Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, multi-market event programs from initial pitch and proposal development to execution and reconciliation.

• Develop strategic, creative, and operational solutions in response to client briefs, collaborating closely with creative, content, and production teams.

• Serve as the primary client advisor, establishing trusted relationships and assisting clients in making critical decisions.

• Take ownership of the overall event vision and audience experience, ensuring that each interaction meets established objectives.

• Enhance commercial performance through budget management, margin preservation, scope oversight, and supplier negotiations.

• Recognize growth opportunities, participate in business development initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing success of key accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in executing large-scale B2B events in an event or experiential agency.

• Demonstrated expertise in shaping and leading complex international programs from strategic brief to successful execution.

• Strong background in leading pitches, crafting successful proposals, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional client management abilities, with the confidence to challenge perspectives, influence decisions, and build long-lasting partnerships.

• Solid commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, scope oversight, and profitability.

• Experience in collaborating with and motivating multidisciplinary teams across creative, production, and project management.

• An inquisitive nature about AI and technology, coupled with a passion for enhancing agency operations.

• Professional proficiency in English (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
