This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide guidance and oversee relationships with 30-35 members.
• Collaborate in account planning alongside Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Utilize expertise to develop service solutions for both individual and multi-member accounts.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions by evaluating member requirements.
• Conduct on-site briefings for clients at their premises.
• Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle, including pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
• Accountable for member retention while contributing to regional growth.
• Organize or take part in regular onsite member activities.
• A university degree (Masters preferred) with over 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior role within Sourcing, VM, Procurement, or IT Finance, or equivalent experience in other SVM or Procurement sectors (e.g., Consulting).
• Comprehensive understanding of the IT sector, including its vendors and suppliers.
• Proven experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, application of metrics, and insight into significant industry trends.
• High adaptability and a refined ability to lead and manage in ambiguous situations.
• Outstanding relationship management abilities, with experience collaborating with senior technology and business leaders.
