This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee 25-30 member relationships, engaging in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Support members in achieving their Mission Critical Priorities by utilizing the appropriate Gartner resources.
• Use subject matter expertise to develop service solutions tailored for members and multi-member accounts.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions by evaluating member needs and creating a personalized engagement plan aligned with overall product strategy and deliverables.
• Organize and present on-site briefings for clients at their locations to support critical initiatives.
• Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, service delivery, reviews, and renewals.
• Accountable for member retention and contributing to regional growth by directly supporting Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account planning, and value demonstration efforts.
• Host and/or participate in regular on-site member events, such as workshops, research analyst visits (where applicable), round tables, and webinars (in collaboration with Gartner Research).
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with over 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement, or IT Finance role, or 5+ years in other areas of Sourcing and Vendor Management or Procurement (e.g., Consulting).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry, including its vendors and suppliers, as well as the functions of Senior Sourcing and Vendor Management, Procurement, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Proven experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management, application of metrics, and awareness of major industry trends.
• High adaptability and a sophisticated ability to lead and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities, including experience collaborating with senior technology and business leaders.
