Executive Partner, CSCO, A&D/Industrial Industry Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 25-30 clients in Industrial Supply Chain leadership, providing value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and participation in relevant Gartner events.

• Leverage knowledge and expertise, along with additional Gartner resources and research, to coach, mentor, and evaluate clients on critical initiatives and challenges facing the Supply Chain sector today and in the future.

• Collaborate closely with various internal Gartner teams to ensure value delivery, including Sales teams, Analysts, Client Managers, and colleagues within CSCO.

• Accountable for member retention and contributing to regional growth by directly supporting Gartner Sales in prospect development, account planning, and value demonstration activities.

• Function as an individual contributor, managing personal desk and handling other administrative responsibilities, including travel, expense reports, and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience, primarily in an executive Supply Chain role such as Chief Supply Chain Officer, SVP, EVP, or similar positions within a Fortune 500 company.

• Proven experience in executive-level roles in consulting, sales, or customer-facing capacities.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Supply Chain industry and the responsibilities of the CSCO, including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, and the use of metrics.

• Deep insight into the business value of Supply Chain and the alignment of Business and Supply Chain strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
