This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint essential priorities and significant initiatives.
• Establish, develop, mentor, and evaluate strategies.
• Oversee a portfolio of relationships with senior executive clients.
• Engage in every stage of the client lifecycle.
• Ensure a seamless transition from the sales team.
• Aid in research activities for client involvement in studies.
• Create and provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Organize and facilitate client peer group calls and meetings.
• Take part in relevant research communities.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior management position, specifically as a CPO.
• More than 5 years in another Procurement Executive role, such as ‘Partner in Procurement Consulting’.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Comprehensive understanding of the Procurement industry and the responsibilities of a CPO.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lead and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales and/or business development with CXO level executives.
• Robust time and project management skills.
