This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 25-30 clients, primarily comprising Enterprise Application/Software Engineering leaders who report to CIOs.

• Provide value through consistent briefings, a combination of on-site and virtual workshops, roundtable discussions, webinars, and participation in pertinent Gartner events.

• Leverage expertise to guide and mentor clients on essential initiatives and obstacles.

• Collaborate closely with various internal Gartner teams to ensure value is effectively delivered.

• Accountable for member retention and contributing to regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the Applications domain.

• At least 10 years in a Senior Applications Leader or Software Engineering Leader role, such as Director or VP of Enterprise Applications/SWEL, reporting directly to a CIO in a Fortune 1000 company.

• Proven experience in executive-level positions within consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles.

• Proficiency in modern enterprise application lifecycle management methodologies, including transitions from a Project to Product Focused Organization, AI implementation in the software development lifecycle, leading a Product Organization, building Digital Platforms, transforming Solution Delivery (Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking), ERP Transformation Initiatives, Customer Experience (Sales, Service, Digital Commerce), Application Strategy, Application Rationalization, Application Organizational Design, Business Value Realization, and managing Cloud and Integration Platforms.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
