Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage journey, from application to closing.

• Address client inquiries and concerns during the loan process.

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients and evaluate their financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.

• Review client credit, employment, income, assets, and property documentation to determine financing eligibility.

• Build mortgage referral networks and promote the benefits of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Guide and inform clients on home purchasing, refinancing options, and mortgage management strategies.

• Establish, nurture, and manage a portfolio to enhance referral volume and revenue generation.

• Deliver exceptional service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage products, qualifying criteria, and process updates.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to foster business development and generate leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-driven, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and advance in an entrepreneurial setting.
