Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and past clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to enhance business development and stimulate lead generation.

• Create, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to boost referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients and assess financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Guide and inform clients throughout the home-buying or refinancing process, including mortgage management.

• Analyze client financial status and documentation, such as credit, employment, income, assets, and property, to confirm financing eligibility.

• Support clients during the loan process from application to closing and address any client concerns.

• Deliver high-quality client service to referral sources and clients.

• Remain informed about Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualifying criteria, and procedural changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a demonstrated history of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Preferred: 3 years of demonstrated success in self-sourced mortgage loan origination.

• Preferred: A desire to thrive and advance in an entrepreneurial environment.
