Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the entire loan process, from application to closing, addressing any concerns they may have.

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients, to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing that aligns with their personal and financial objectives.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial circumstances to identify the most suitable loan product to reach their goals.

• Review client financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property, to ensure eligibility for financing.

• Foster connections with mortgage referral sources and highlight the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and provide guidance on effective mortgage management.

• Build, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue streams.

• Deliver exceptional client service to every referral source and client in the industry.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings, qualifying criteria, and any changes in processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at various community and civic events to support business development efforts and increase lead generation for the branch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated history of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination is preferred.
