Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, and other industry professionals.

• Promote the Rocket brand while assisting homebuyers in securing real estate financing.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events.

• Build and sustain a business portfolio to enhance referral volume.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations.

• Provide guidance to clients on the home-buying or refinancing process.

• Review client financial status and documentation.

• Support clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing.

• Deliver exceptional client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mortgage loan origination.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication skills.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Ability to think critically and strategically.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Preferred: 3 years of successful experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination.
