This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Execute Executive Screening Calls: Facilitate video interviews with potential instructors (sourced by our recruiting team) to assess their charisma, expertise, and teaching capabilities.
• Transition to Sales: Quickly evaluate candidates. If they align with our needs, seamlessly shift from "interviewer" to "recruiter" to promote the vision of developing a course with ELVTR.
• Quality Assurance: Act as the gatekeeper. Politely decline senior leaders who do not meet our specific instructor criteria while upholding a positive brand image.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Transition successful candidates to the Production phase, ensuring a smooth handoff to our Course Creators.
• Strategic Insights: Offer immediate feedback to the sourcing team to assist in refining their search criteria based on your discussions.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding proficiency in English with a strong command of verbal nuances. Ability to read the room and adjust your tone to match various personalities.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom and keeping records organized in our ATS/CRM (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Internet Connectivity: A dependable, high-speed internet connection.
• Global Exposure: Collaborate with executives from some of the largest companies worldwide.
