This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to identify, develop, and finalize new business opportunities while enhancing client partnerships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Comprehend customer business objectives, goals, and operational needs to pinpoint opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Generate new business prospects through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Create and implement outreach strategies and business development plans to cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and lead meetings with potential clients to showcase product capabilities, communicate service advantages, and present pricing structures.
• Develop persuasive proposals and business cases that align with client requirements and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract execution and implementation handoff.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, networking functions, and other business development events.
• Address issues that arise during the sales process to ensure a positive client experience and successful transaction outcomes.
• Track sales activity, pipeline performance, quota achievement, and client engagement metrics within CRM systems.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, competitive positioning, market trends, and industry developments.
• Consistently meet or surpass assigned revenue, booking, and sales performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to effectively customize messaging and presentations for diverse audiences, including business leaders and decision-makers.
• Established ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales opportunities concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate client objections and challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales productivity tools.
