
Executive Director – Therapeutic Commercial Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives and manage relationships for significant biopharma and biotech partnerships.
• Assist account teams in providing outstanding customer experiences while enhancing market visibility in clinical research and pharmaceutical services.
• Cultivate and strengthen C-level relationships, devise innovative commercial strategies, ensure operational excellence, and promote collaboration to meet growth objectives.
• Support customers in overcoming complex challenges while positioning Thermo Fisher as their reliable partner in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in CRO, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Preferred areas of study include business administration, sales, scientific fields, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management or commercial leadership.
• A proven track record of achieving and surpassing commercial objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Professional demeanor with a demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships with senior-level customers.
• Strong grasp of complex technical requirements and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to craft enterprise-level solutions that address customer needs.
• Experience in leading and developing successful teams.
• Robust financial acumen and business analytics skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities concurrently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales operations tools.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
