Executive Director, Technology Business Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the incorporation of TBM practices into both annual and ongoing strategic planning to guarantee that technology investments are in alignment with enterprise objectives.

• Define and communicate the long-term TBM vision, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and transformation.

• Create governance frameworks that promote strategic alignment, transparency, and accountability throughout technology programs and portfolios.

• Deliver executive-level insights through financial transparency, cost modeling, and ROI analysis utilizing TBM methodologies.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven recommendations regarding investment priorities and technology strategy.

• Collaborate with Finance, Portfolio Management, and Technology leaders to enhance funding decisions and balance innovation with operational stability.

• Spearhead organizational change initiatives to integrate TBM principles, encourage agility, and support continuous improvement.

• Mentor and cultivate senior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in IT strategy, technology planning, financial management, or technology operations.

• More than 5 years of experience influencing C-suite or executive-level decision-making.

• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership or management roles.

• Extensive knowledge of Technology Business Management frameworks, cost modeling, and financial analysis.

• Proven track record in leading technology-business integration initiatives successfully.

• Excellent executive communication skills with the capability to convert complex data into engaging insights.

• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and cultivate a cultural adoption of new operating models.
