Executive Director, Quality Systems – Operational Excellence Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the QMS process design, harmonization, and the roadmap for operational excellence.

• Create standards, templates, and governance frameworks for essential QMS processes.

• Drive the adoption of best practices throughout the Quality organization.

• Ensure audit and inspection readiness through robust governance discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

• Over 18 years of experience in Quality Systems / QMS (GxP), including audit support and demonstrable continuous improvement outcomes.

• Proven leadership in governance and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in Veeva Vault Quality / QMS and associated quality system workflows.
