Executive Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to define the sales strategy.

• Oversee up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales.

• Manage a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels to ensure effective implementation of their sales strategies.

• Build and lead a team of dynamic sales “hunters.”

• Establish and nurture relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers.

• Foster accountability by enhancing sales performance and delivering impactful coaching.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team.

• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of satisfaction for both clients and employees.

• Cultivate key relationships and, when necessary, travel for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in a regional position overseeing a Select Service portfolio.

• Proven success in leading a high-performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales results.

• Experience managing a team of 8 or more salespeople in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing a CRM and analyzing data to assess sales performance.

• Expertise in recruiting and onboarding sales associates.

• Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to company culture and the well-being of its employees and clients.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Experience working in a remote home office environment.

• Ability to work from home at a computer for extended durations.
