This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Proven dynamic leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams and driving sales in the Select Service segment.

• Take the initiative to develop and guide a team of sales “hunters” by exemplifying effective sales strategies and techniques.

• Inspire, support, and energize the team through bi-weekly one-on-one sessions and team meetings.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers within your team's portfolio.

• Enhance accountability by driving sales performance and offering effective coaching to implement improvements and retain clients.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team.

• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of satisfaction for both clients and employees.

• Develop essential relationships and, when necessary, travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in a regional capacity managing a Select Service portfolio.

• Proven success in leading a high-performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales outcomes.

• Experience overseeing a team of 8 or more sales professionals in a remote setting.

• Proficient in utilizing a CRM and analyzing data to assess sales performance.

• Expertise in recruiting and onboarding sales associates.

• Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A demonstrated commitment to company culture and a genuine concern for employees and clients.

• Effective presentation skills.

• Experience working in a remote home office environment.

• Capability to work at a computer from your home office for extended periods.
