This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and spearhead the national oncology commercial strategy for enterprise health systems and strategic accounts.
• Align oncology sales goals with the overarching business strategy and organizational priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and promote high-value enterprise opportunities to boost revenue and expand market share.
• Anticipate industry trends and adjust strategies to adapt to the evolving oncology market landscape.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key national oncology accounts and partnerships.
• Cultivate and sustain C-suite relationships within health systems, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Propel enterprise-level agreements, standardization, and multi-site adoption of oncology solutions.
• Supervise strategic account plans managed by National Strategic Directors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop National Strategic Directors overseeing enterprise oncology accounts.
• Establish accountability for opportunity development, pipeline management, and execution.
• Align the national strategy with regional and divisional sales teams.
• Manage complex, top-down oncology opportunities across key accounts.
• Direct executive-level engagement strategies in diagnostics, precision oncology, and advanced solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, IT, and other departments on go-to-market strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into scalable execution plans for regions and field sales teams.
• Eliminate organizational obstacles to hasten deal progression and implementation.
• Oversee the commercialization of the oncology portfolio, including advanced diagnostics, precision oncology, molecular solutions, oncology informatics, and digital integration capabilities.
• Manage national oncology pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Drive sales processes, pipeline governance, and reporting.
• Enhance sales effectiveness, tools, and methodologies.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12 years of progressive healthcare sales experience, including oncology, diagnostics, or related fields.
• 8 years of leadership experience managing high-performing commercial or strategic account teams.
• Proven track record in selling complex, enterprise-level solutions to health systems and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading large-scale, multi-site, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to align commercial strategy with enterprise business objectives.
• Strong market insight and capacity to anticipate industry changes.
• Exceptional skill in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Executive presence with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Expertise in solution-based selling within complex healthcare environments.
• Capability to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Proven aptitude for building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Strong operational discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Focus on data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Travel anticipated 25%-35%.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
